have a function to locate forest fires, dsevere drought aand/or brush fires i.e. california

Thanks! forrest fire is related to the weather but not directly expression of weather. we are reviewing how to handle this.
Fire overlay has been added. You can find it in the pulldown in the upper right (maybe reload needed)
