I suggest you ...

Make it easy for me to set up my location.

Nowhere does your app make it easy to set up my location.

The main area to set the location is in the config in the upper most option.

ZIP to the lower left is for quick search and history.

You can also click on a location on the map to get the weather.

Where would you like to see the configuration of your location?

I have a feeling it must be caused by one of my extensions. I use AdBlock Plus, WOT and LastPass. I also use the Vivaldi browser, but seem to have the same problem with other browsers.

One other option is to allow the web page to store data locally - this seems to be not allowed in your browser as we store data in localStorage.

Which browser do you use? Can you change the security permissions for USWR and local storage?

You probably have popup-blocker set or similar. Can you check?

When you want to save with google there should be new windows open to allow you access to save to google drive.

I can easily set my location, but can't save it! The "Save with Google" does not work on any of my systems. When I click on it, nothing happens! The other "Save" is only temporary, so I have to do that every time I bring up the program.
