Offer a web page with the similar functionality like the iGoogle US Weather Radar
The idea is a (small) webpage which can be potentially opened as separate window which has the similar functionality like the iGoogle US Weather Radar (http://www.google.com/ig/directory?hl=en&type=gadgets&url=gmapsflighttracker.com/weather/radar/weather-radar.xml)

The webpage only version of the US Weather Radar has been completed.
You can check it out at http://www.weatherng.com/ and let me know your comments.

I have used this seemingly forever and love the ability to track the weather as it heads towards the east coast. I am going to be sad to see this go when iGoogle, my home page, leaves. In anticipation I have started putting together my own home page with what replacements I can find. For me, the best case scenario would be a JavaScript program that I could drop into my personal home page.

Have used this widget daily for several years, and love it. Certainly will miss it when iGoogle disappears. Would really like to see a little desktop goodie set up.

I use this app all the time. A replacement would be very much appreciated.

This way the US Weather Radar could be seen from every browser on desktop as well as on mobile phones.
