    Hi Philip,

    lets understand the situation.

    What is your browser and version?

    Saving presently happens in HTML5 locatstorage or as backup in cookies.

    Have you disabled both ? Maybe your browser settings prevent saving?

    ff 30.0 works perfect for us. What OS do you have? Win 7?

    Maybe you can clear your cookies for weater-ng.com? Storage happens in HTML5 storage locally or cookies on your computer as fallback.

    If we cannot fix your problem (which we cannot reproduce right now) there is no problem giving back the subscription fee.

    With logging out of firefox you mean you close firefox?

    I agree, lose my location and license number every time I log out of Firefox 30.0. I'm sorry that I ever sent you money for a license.

    I sort of have the same issue but only on my iPad ver 7.11 it accepted my location and works every time but it does not recognize my license and shows me ads all the time
